How much does a pole barn cost?
It depends on size, doors, insulation, and interior finish — a basic storage building costs far less per square foot than a finished shop or barndominium. Send us your rough dimensions and we'll get you a firm number within 48 hours.
How long does a build take?
Most standard buildings go up in about three weeks once materials are on site. Larger or fully finished buildings take longer — your quote includes a real timeline for your specific project.
Do I need a concrete foundation?
No — that's one of the big advantages of post-frame construction. The posts are the foundation, which saves time and money. Concrete floors can be poured before or after the building goes up.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle the engineering drawings and permit process for your county as part of the project, so you don't have to chase paperwork.
Do you do roof repairs or only full replacements?
Both. We repair storm damage, leaks, and worn sections, and we do complete tear-off replacements in steel and shingle. If you're filing an insurance claim, we can document the damage and work with your adjuster.
